Ana Paula’s Story

Ana Paula was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia a day after turning 15 months old. Her hair has fallen out twice since she started treatment. She loves wearing headbands and hats. Before her diagnosis Ana Paula was sick most of the time with low energy. After starting treatment we have watched her get her energy back. She is walking, happier and is smarter each day. It’s been a long journey but her joy, love and happiness makes it easier. Ana Paula is “APstrong” she loves coloring, playing with her babies, pretending to be a nurse, helping Mom in the kitchen as well as taking walks and stroller rides in the outdoors.
