Azariah’s Story

Azariah was born May 3, 2023 at 6 lbs. He has had issues with weight gain and eating since he was five days old and was in and out of doctors offices his first month of life. On June 18, we took Azariah to the hospital as he only ate 7oz for the day. While at the hospital in Bisbee they drew blood twice to confirm that he had Infantile B-Cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). Azariah was flown to Tucson to begin treatment immediately, upon arrival his white blood cell count was 1.1 million. As an infant, Azariah has a long road to recovery.
