Christina’s Story

My name is Christina, I was diagnosed with osteosarcoma in my left knee when I was 15 years old. After my first three weeks of chemo my long dark hair began falling out. When half my hair was gone my Mom cut the rest short, a few weeks later my Mom held me to shave my head. I have always worn beanies to help me feel more comfortable being bald.
