Cristo’s Story

My name is Cristo. Shortly after I turned one, I began to feel unwell. My mom took me to the doctor, and that’s when we received the devastating news—I was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. The doctors determined that I would need a bone marrow transplant to fight the disease.

Despite everything, I remain a happy child. Every day, I feel grateful for my teachers, nurses, and the entire hospital staff who take such great care of me. Their support means the world to me, and it helps me stay strong as I continue my journey.
