Daniel’s Story

At the age of ten Daniel was diagnosed with Burkitt’s Lymphoma, an aggressive form of non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Daniel felt scared when he was first diagnosed with cancer and chemo makes him feel sick. He has learned to take his medicines by mouth, something he had not done before!

Daniel’s family has been by his side throughout his treatment. He likes sports and before his diagnosis he enjoyed doing gymnastics and playing baseball.
