Haley’s Story

At just 2-3 months of age, Haley was hospitalized three times, each for a UTI and sent home. In March 2021 she returned for what they presumed was another UTI. One of the physicians was running additional tests and while reviewing an ultrasound of her kidneys a tumor was discovered on Haley’s spine. Haley was sent to Phoenix Children’s immediately where after an additional biopsy she was officially diagnosed with Neuroblastoma. Haley is undergoing four rounds of chemotherapy and then they will determine the next steps in her treatment. Haley continues to keep a smile on her face and doesn’t let the cancer get her down.
