Jasmyn’s Story
Jasmyn was diagnosed at 2 years old with his risk stage 4 neuroblastoma. A visible tumor appeared on her face which led to the discovery of tumors all throughout her body. She went through 4 rounds of chemo with very little response. She then tried 2 rounds of immunotherapy with chemo which initially showed good response , but then she began rapid progression in a couple of spots. Jasmyn is currently going through 3 weeks of radiation and harsher chemo to hopefully stabilize the progression. Further treatment and/or clinical trials are still being evaluated based on her upcoming scans. Jasmyn often comments on how she has no hair like her grandpa and baby brother, but she hopes it will soon grow long like her older sister’s hair so she can brush it.
