Roberto’s Story

After going on vacation with family to Rocky Point, My Mom and Dad noticed I was weak, having headaches and had no appetite. I was not feeling myself. I was my doctor a few weeks later, he sent us for blood work. By the time we got home the doctor had called and instructed us to head to the hospital for additional blood work. Our life suddenly changed when I received a diagnosis of Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia.

We began treatment in August 2019 for 30 days. My Mom had to turn down a job she had been waiting for and my parents had to make arrangements for my three siblings. Treatment was hard in the beginning with the numerous pokes which I still fear even months later into treatment.

Roberto’s photo shoot was delayed due to the pandemic. He is very handsome and most definitely Wiki Strong!
