Yesenia’s Story

Yesenia was first diagnosed in 2015 with Rhabdomyosarcoma. She had four surgeries and multiple chemotherapies and radiation. We discovered in 2018 that Yesenia has the P53 Gene mutation which makes her more susceptible to cancers. In May 2022 she relapsed with Osteosarcoma. She is being treated and will have surgery to remove the tumor. Now that Yesenia is older, losing her hair has been harder. Throughout all these years Yesenia has been so strong and brave. She’s outgoing and loves crafts and board games. She is amazing with a little fire.
